Comment: unit has been repaired and tested. Contact us to ensure compatibility if your part number is not the same! The motor weighs 13 kg, while the electronics 1.5 kg. If shipping fee looks too expensive, you can choose to purchase just the electronics, but you need to take care to installing them on a working motor, or alternatively purchase the IGBT to do the repair yourself! Aftermarket and used IGBTs function in the same way, however used ones are a bit more expensive and a bit less reliable.
Important: there are two kinds of alternator, ensure yours looks exactly like the one in picture before purchasing!

Complete procedure:

1. Charge 12v battery
2. Turn ignition ON. Should get to 25% of battery charge
3. Code Alternator
4. Enter BMS and check live data. If battery is under 10% it needs charge. If is under 5% it will be software locked. If not, go to pairing and select protection OFF, then activate battery
5. Enter diagnosis on module 21 (Battery BMS), go to access permission and use login 20103 to activate. 48V high voltage system should be online now.
6. If you still can't charge battery with alternator, reset 12V system. Disconnect battery and use diagnosis to reset modules
