Description
In order to use the service, you need to provide us the original file of your battery BMS.
File can be read and written with VVDI MultiProg or CG100X. There is a 25640 EEPROM to work with (check position of EEPROM in pictures).
After our file is written, remember to charge your battery to max before reinstalling the BMS back into the battery or it will lock again!
This BMS is used on PHEV models. Some other vehicles such as W205 and W213 use same module, however the file was not tested yet on these. Contact us for more info.

Common faults:
Aged battery (P0A7F00)
Real time clock fault (U301700)
Note that an aged battery fault, even after file fix, may come back fast if the cells are fairly degraded - in that case, the cells should be fixed or replaced before rewriting the file, or problem will be a recurring one.
