Aftermarket 48V alternator IGBT for repair.

In our own experience repairing many thousands alternators for almost five years, repairs done through our methods shown bring in average to a working alternator for 12000-15000 km, excluding cases where there are other faults with the alternator, cooling system, vehicle overheating, no mistakes with soldering and insulation, not using latest software,  not replacing all IGBTs, etc. We exclusively work on petrol engine alternators, however on diesel this should be even longer in our own customers' experience. A lot in how long the alternator can be used after repair depends on the way the technician operates and the way the vehicle is driven. If you are looking for a solution that can last around twice or more the amount of km, look into our new control modules. Other IGBT types we have tested in the past are bringing out about the same results than our own.
