In order to use the service, you need to provide us the original files of your instrument cluster. Do a full backup and send it to us after purchasing the service.

A full backup of the cluster will include:
EMMC
CPU (FLASH + EEPROM) 9S12XEP100
EEPROM (external chip) 24LC65
FLASH (external chip) MX29GL256EHXF

Files can be read and written with one of the following:
VVDI Prog
VVDI MultiProg

This solution can solve software issues, usually those appear after battery dies and they show up as permanently or intermittently black cluster screen.
Before proceeding with this service we recommend checking error codes and wiring, as there can be multiple faults at the same time.

Order cannot be canceled once files have been sent.
If you worry your cluster may not have file issues, we recommend to send our team all the DTC codes of the car first.
We will provide connection manuals, if required, only if you provide a picture of your cluster first!
