This VCI from Launch is all you need to be able to diagnose, program and code any vehicle without having to purchase expensive equipment.

It does not even matter if you know what you need to do - just plug the device by OBD and ask an expert to take care of the job!

How to do that? Through Smartlink C, you can connect remotely any device to a car, which means you can ask your friends at My Supercar Expert or anywhere else to help you with a Ferrari or McLaren you don't have the right equipment to sort out, and let the experienced technicians work directly with the car.

Smartlink requires very strong online connection to work properly, for this reason, My Supercar Expert does not provide programming services through Smartlink, as it is likely to have interruptions of signal on longer procedures.
IMPORTANT: the latency of the device should be kept under 50 ms at all times, which is usually possible only between a relatively short geographic distance, provided both sides have very good internet connection.

With a latency over 150 ms it is unlikely to even manage to connect to the car and read DTCs.
Keep in mind a token system exists for allowing people to connect to your Smartlink - those tokens are directly purchasable through Launch for few dollars per time.
