Description This service allows to fix software issues which cause this DCDC to no longer convert 48V battery input into 12V output to charge the 12V battery. After file fix, you can test the DCDC using our platform - if the activated DCDC can charge a battery connected to it while a 48V power supply is connected to the DCDC, then it is functioning properly. Make sure to check for error codes with a diagnostic!
File can be read and written with one of the following:
VVDI Multiprog PKProg Freescale Other Nexus programmer supporting SPC560D40 Note this service solves only the software problem on the DCDC, if the DCDC has hardware faults as well, or if you need to repair also battery, these are unrelated for the scope of this service. If our file does not solve the software issue on the DCDC though, we will refund you or prepare a new file.
Specific hardware faults include: P0D33 short circuit to ground (damaged Renesas ISL78220 ANEZ Chip) P0A94 internal fault (damaged ST 135N8F7 Chip)
