Land Rover Range Rover Evoque (L551) 2018-2020 MHEV 48V K8D2/L8B2/N8B2 DCDC Repair Kit

Description

This kit allows to fix hardware issues which cause this DCDC to no longer convert 48V battery input into 12V output to charge the 12V battery.
After fix, you can test the DCDC using our platform - if the activated DCDC can charge a battery connected to it while a 48V power supply is connected to the DCDC, then it is functioning properly. Make sure to check for error codes with a diagnostic!

Note this service solves only the hardware problem on the DCDC, if the DCDC has software faults as well, or if you need to repair also battery, these are unrelated for the scope of this product, but we can help with a file.

Kit includes chips needed to solve fault P0D33 (short circuit to ground):
2 * ISL78220 ANEZ power supply chip
TVT triode
240A2Q chip
TLE9263BQX

Other hardware faults include:
P0A94 internal fault (damaged MOSFETs)

MOSFETs are not included.

Another possible issue is software fault, in which case no fault codes are present but in live data there will be fault in operating mode. 

There are other hardware issues, however at the moment we do not have further information.
