Description Use our test platform to confirm the repaired module, or the used module you plan to install on car, is working! There are 5 supported modules: 2 DCDC types: old and new (new DCDC connection via OBD for diagnosis is possible, however it is often unstable.) 46.2V BECM (MHEV Battery Module) 48V TSCM (Turbocharger module): note that this module cannot be tested in diagnostic via OBD. 48V SGCM (Starter Generator Module)
Among these, we have repair solutions for: Older DCDC (repair kit and file fix) BECM (file fix) TSCM (repair kit)
These modules are often having issues, meaning there is a market for repair as much as there is to test used modules before recycling them. We recommend to test modules independently, but you can test them together as well. Note: yellow is for 48V, red for 12V. Here is an explanation of what the platform does to each module when tested:

* Attention: if power supply current is low, boost mode won't reach 46.2v and/or 12v supply will be too low to allow a diagnostic tool to work. If you use a big 12V power supply with a lot of Ampere, you can use this method to test TSCM and SGCM without an actual 48V power supply or a battery, but it is not recommended, as it is easier to find a small 48V power supply instead or use the 46.2V battery.

If the DCDC is working, you will see 48V battery losing power and 12V battery getting charge. Warranty: 1 year (just applied to the interface, as wires are subject to wear and tear)
