Description
This service is required to be able to add keys as well as when all keys are lost. It applies on most 2017-2024 encrypted KVM modules.
If a KVM module is encrypted, you cannot add keys without replacing the CPU itself. If you can directly add keys, then you won't need this service.
After replacing the KVM module CPU and writing inside our fixed file, you can use your key programming tool (ACDP2 etc.) to pair keys.
If is all key lost, an additional module will have to be written: BCM (body computer). For BCM data you need to pay an additional fee, and provide your BCM part number. Contact us first to check if we have the data you need!
Before writing, please first do a backup of the data. Make sure you send us a backup so we can proceed with the service.
A full backup of the KVM will include:
9S12XEQ384 (PFLASH 384KB + DFLASH 4KB + EEE 2KB)
OR
9S12XET256 (PFLASH 256KB + DFLASH 4KB)
OR
SPC560B60L3 (CFLASH 768KB/1MB + DFLASH 64KB + CSHADOW 16KB + CTEST 16KB + DTEST 16KB)
A full backup of the BCM will include:
SPC57XX (CFLASH 6MB + HSM 16KB + HSM 32 KB + HSM 128KB) - not required but recommended
95128 EEPROM (external chip, must be read without desoldering as it's easy to damage it when removing it!)
Files can be read and written with one of the following:
VVDI Prog
VVDI MultiProg
This solution only can set the modules in virgin state, if anything else in the car is wrong, which won't allow the key to be paired successfully, or the car to start, those problems need to be addressed separately and they won't be solved by this service.
Order cannot be canceled once the files have been sent.
After writing you need to use Pluto or SX to program the KVM.
Solution has not been tested yet on 315 mhz vehicles, only 433 mhz.
