In order to protect car owners' interests, My Supercar Expert reserves the right to refuse this service to anybody without any explanation.

In order to use the service, you need to provide us the original file of your module, or in alternative, if no data is available, VIN and your donor data.
The NPE is the Keyless module. Sometimes keys cannot be added due to errors which are not related to antennas, but to the data inside the flash. In some cases, also eeprom might be corrupted.
If data is corrupted, the original key data will be lost and you will have to pair new keys once you fix the data with our files. We will provide PIN code for the backup as well.

NPE* File can be read and written with one of the following:
PKPROG
VVDI Prog
MultiProg
CG Pro
Any Motorola Freescale Programmer supporting 9S12 CPU.

* = If you need us to rebuild the NPE, data key data might be lost so you will have to pair new keys after.

If you have questions about this service or you are not sure the hardware of your donor Keyless Module is compatible, contact us BEFORE asking the service, as the service is not refundable!

If you need connection manuals for the Keyless Moduile, contact us with a picture of the Keyless Module PCB.
