Brand new Freescale SPC560D40L1 CPU chip commonly used on Land Rover MHEV DCDCs

Description

The reescale SPC560D40L1 CPU might need to be replaced when a DCDC cannot control its state although it has no faults, and file is OK. Another possibility is no communication (if the faulty part is the CPU) or internal faults to the CPU that cannot be solved with a file fix.
Remember you need to write data with a programmer like VVDI Multiprog or PKPROG (in JTAG), or it will not work.

Note that this doesn't mean any DCDC with hardware problems can be fixed by replacing this chip. If damaged, DCDC might not respond at all, but there may be other issues.

Chip cannot be refunded once it has been soldered.

Chip is brand new.
