The freescale SPC560B60L3 CPU might need to be replaced when a KVM needs to be virginized. Another possibility is no communication (if the faulty part is the CPU) or internal faults to the CPU that cannot be solved with a file fix.
Remember you need to write data with a programmer like VVDI Multiprog or PKPROG (in JTAG), or it will not work.

Chip cannot be refunded once it has been soldered.
