In order to use the service, you need to provide us the original file of your battery BMS.
File can be read and written with one of the following:
PKPROG
VVDI Prog
MultiProg
CG Pro
Any EEPROM reader supporting 25C02
After our file is written, remember to charge your battery to max before reinstalling the BMS back into the battery or it will lock again!
To test if your BMS has not been locked, you just need to check with a multimeter the outer terminals of the battery controlled by the BMS to see if the voltage matches with the battery internal terminals. If all is OK, you will have a good voltage output.
We will refund you if service failed or prepare a new file.
