Description

In order to use the service, you need to provide us the original files of the:
Original TCU (full backup)

Modules can be read with specific tools such as FLEX.
Fault code is P051300 "Start enable was not issued"
What normally happens is that the vehicle either:
- Starts, but won't change gear
- Does not start due to transmission data fault

Both of these are issues with VGS2-FDCT TCU original data that we are able to fix. In the second case, however, the data corruption is more severe and it may take 3-5 attempts in average to get it sorted.

If you do not have original TCU data, and you cannot read them, you should try a virgin and pairing option via AVDI or similar tools, or just use a new TCU instead and do online alignment with Xentry. We are not able to help on this.

VGS3-FDCT (8-gtronic) and VGS-NAG3 (9-gtronic) may have similar issues but we did not resolve them yet.
