Brand new Motorola 9S12 MM9Z1J638 CPU chip commonly used on ECUs

The 9S12 MM9Z1J638 CPU might need to be replaced when an ECU has faults.
Remember you need to write data with a programmer like VVDI Multiprog, or it will not work.

Note that this doesn't mean any ECU with hardware problems can be fixed by replacing this chip. If damaged, ECU might not respond at all, but there may be other issues.

Chip cannot be refunded once it has been soldered.

Chip is brand new.
