The Infineon SAK-TC277TP-64F200S BC CPU (for short TC277TP) might need to be replaced when an ECU has faults.
Remember you need to write data with a programmer like Memtool (in JTAG), or it will not work.

Note that this doesn't mean any ECU with hardware problems can be fixed by replacing this chip. If damaged, ECU might not respond at all, but there may be other issues.

Chip cannot be refunded once it has been soldered.
