On the fully pinned 42 pin connector (not the central one):

VCC = 19
GND = 40
BKGD = 10
RESET = 11

CPU: MC9S12XET512 (2M25J)
Tip: just write DFLASH, no need to write PFLASH.

If you cannot communicate with the rear BCM once installed, check the 4 pin connector for power, usually when the fuses are blown these pins do not receive power so the BCM is impossible to communicate with. But after replacing the fuses it will work OK.
