Mercedes-Benz A Class (W177) 2019-2023 BMC A1779006312 Lithium Battery Repair File Service

Descrizione

In order to use the service, you need to provide us the original file of your battery BMS.

File can be read and written with VVDI MultiProg. There are two SPC564B74L CPUs + 95M01 EEPROM.

After our file is written, remember to charge your battery to max before reinstalling the BMS back into the battery or it will lock again!
Service provided in few minutes during workhours.

Common faults:
Low charge (and battery won't charge);
Frequency counter "Switching cycles of contactors" has reached its final value
Crash fault

For hardware faults, you may need to replace the BMC available here.
Hardware faults include:
No communication
Internal error
Battery cell values unreadable via live data
Battery temperature sensor data unreadable via live data
