In order to use the service, you need to provide us the original files of the:
Donor ECU (full backup)
Modules can be read with specific tools in such as FLEX.
If needed we also have immo off solutions. Contact our staff for more info, or if you are not sure whether your car is eligible for this service.
On FBS4 system you will need to have a tool to align immo (for example AVDI) using the data read from the original ECU, otherwise you need to do online alignment with XENTRY online. We cannot support you in this case.
For FBS3 and older DAS systems, immo alignment can be done with almost any diagnostic tool without a Mercedes account needed.
