In our experience these modules when well installed and without other issues leading to alternator breaking down (cooling system, vehicle overheating, no mistakes with soldering and insulation, etc.), they can last about 24000-28000 km on petrol engines. Diesel engines might last even longer from our own customer feedback.

Remember you may need coding (via ODIS) after installation on car.
Complete procedure:
1. Charge 12v battery
2. Turn ignition ON. Should get to 25% of battery charge
3. Code Alternator
4. Enter BMS and check live data. If battery is under 10% it needs charge. If is under 5% it will be software locked. If not, go to pairing and select protection OFF, then activate battery
5. Enter diagnosis on module 21 (Battery BMS), go to access permission and use login 20103 to activate. 48V high voltage system should be online now.
6. If you still can't charge battery with alternator, reset 12V system. Disconnect battery and use diagnosis to reset modules
