Our team will take a rest from 5 to 16 August.
However, we will not close entirely! We will make sure part of our team is around to follow up open cases and ship items in case of emergency.
For the duration of the holiday, our staff will specifically prioritize the open support cases and emergencies: all other shipments, especially those for orders placed during the holidays, will be delayed and taken care of as soon as possible.
From 6 to 15 August, our team will be at work half time:
13.00 - 17.00 Chinese Time
This is in order to be available when couriers pick up and to minimize the inconvenience for our valuable customers.
