In order to use the service, you need to provide us the serial number of your head unit.
You can get this either by:
1. Sending us a picture of the head unit label;
2. In XENTRY, select A2 Audio 20 (Head Unit), then go to Actual Values and select Theft Protection. Send a screenshot of the serial number
3. In DTS, select 22 ECU Serial Number: ECU Serial Number and read PRES_ASCII_14Byte(SN!). Send a screenshot of the serial number
Service won't be work if head unit has been blacklisted or serial number is invalid.
We won't charge you if service fails.
Service provided in few minutes during workhours.
