Descripción
In order to use the service, you need to provide us the original file of your battery BMS.
File can be read and written with VVDI MultiProg. There are two SPC564B74L CPUs + 95M01 EEPROM.
After our file is written, remember to charge your battery to max before reinstalling the BMS back into the battery or it will lock again!
This BMS is used on PHEV models. The module is named BMC and some cars such as EQ series use 2 identical BMC modules.
Service provided in few minutes during workhours.
Common faults:
Low charge (and battery won't charge);
Frequency counter "Switching cycles of contactors" has reached its final value
Crash fault
For hardware faults, we have parts available as well
Common faults related to hardware issues:
No communication
Internal error
Battery cell values unreadable via live data
Battery temperature sensor data unreadable via live data
Other hardware issues (no need to replace BMC):
P0AA200 high voltage battery contactor A positive terminal is stuck in open position
P0ABB00 the voltage sensor A of high voltage battery module has a function fault
P0ABC00 the voltage sensor A of high voltage battery module has a short circuit to ground
P0B1600 the voltage sensor B of high voltage batery module has a short circuit to ground
