This kit is the first world solution to swap a lithium battery to AGM (92Ah) or even another non-OEM lithium battery on McLaren. There will be no errors or faults due to low battery voltage. 

Note: this means you need to be aware of your battery charging status as the vehicle will never report an issue with battery's voltage.
This means also certain useful vehicle safety behaviors when battery is low (e.g. slightly turning down the window a little bit) will not work. If you are doing the install for an owner, make sure he understands so he can operate his vehicle safely. There will be no problems as long as battery is always charged.

Gen4 is mostly used on GT, 720S and similar, however some cars can use Gen3 batteries. For those, use this product instead. 
To distinguish a Gen4 battery, check the part number: if it starts with 16M or 22M, it is a Gen4 battery. Gen 1- 3 will have a code starting with 11M or 13M.

McLaren 750S and Artura have not been tested yet - if you are looking into doing that, please contact our staff with a picture of the battery.
