The Infineon SAK-TC297TP-128F300N BC CPU (for short TC297TP) might need to be replaced when an ECU has faults.
Remember you need to write data with a programmer like Memtool (in JTAG), or it will not work.

Note that this doesn't mean any ECU with hardware problems can be fixed by replacing this chip. If damaged, ECU might not respond at all, but there may be other issues.
Furthermore, your tool may not be able to read or write entirely the chip, leading to failure in the cloning process. Make sure with the manufacturer of your programmer whether you can do such a clone!

Chip cannot be refunded once it has been soldered.
