In order to use the service, you need to provide us the original files of the:
- Original car ECU or original car BCM
- Donor ECU
BCM can be read with VVDI Prog or VVDI Multiprog, while ECUs with FLEX. If the tools mentioned are not available, other devices will work as well, as long as the backup is full.

This service is needed if data of the original ECU is lost, or to bypass OTP protections on the engine ECU when cloning. You can also use online programming to align immobilizer and solve the issue by OBD with PIWIS.
If you have questions about this service or you are not sure whether the hardware of your donor module is compatible, contact us BEFORE asking the service, as the service is not refundable! Normally it is best to use a module with the exact same part number.
